Hey there! I’m Dan Grisoni.

I didn’t plan on becoming a leadership coach. My career began in Training & Development and HR, and eventually, I was leading global initiatives in New York. But after 9/11, everything changed. Supporting colleagues through fear and uncertainty revealed my true calling: helping people navigate challenge and lead with strength when the world feels upside down.

I’ve been where you are: often feeling unprepared, overwhelmed, and unsure if I could keep up. I’ve experienced both great leaders who built me up, and one who tore my confidence down. Those experiences taught me that no one should have to lead feeling isolated, burned out, or unsupported.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve coached and trained thousands of leaders, supervisors, managers, directors, and small business owners, to develop the leadership skills they were never taught, so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and ease.
