I didn’t set out to be a leadership coach. My career began in HR and Training & Development, where I was quickly promoted into leadership roles… without much guidance on how to actually lead. I know what it feels like to work late, try to juggle too much, and wonder if you’re doing it right.

On September 11, 2001, I was in Manhattan when I watched the second plane strike the World Trade Center. In the days that followed, colleagues turned to me with their fear and uncertainty. One after another, they said: “You helped me feel heard. You helped me see a path forward.”

That experience changed me. It showed me that what leaders need most isn’t a title or a script, but someone whom they can trust, who will listen, and who can help them find their own way forward.

For the past two decades, I’ve carried that lesson into coaching thousands of leaders worldwide, helping them grow with clarity, courage, and resilience.
