Helping Leaders Find Clarity and Confidence in Moments That Matter Most
From Crisis to Calling:
Why I Help Leaders Thrive
I didn’t set out to be a leadership coach.
My career started in Training & Development and HR, steadily rising through the ranks until I was leading global learning and HR initiatives for a New York–based company. On the outside, it looked like I had everything under control.
But on the morning of September 11, 2001, everything changed.
I was on the 28th floor in Manhattan when I saw the second plane strike the World Trade Center. Fear gripped me. My heart raced. I felt utterly overwhelmed and strangely alone, even while surrounded by colleagues.
In the days that followed, I supported coworkers as they processed their fear, grief, and uncertainty. One by one, they told me:
“You helped me feel heard.”
“You helped me see a path forward.”
“You helped me take the next step.”
That’s when I had my own “A-HA” moment. Coaching wasn’t just part of my job… it was my deeper calling.
I Know What It Feels Like to Lead Without a Guidebook
Before that moment, I had already been promoted quickly into leadership roles without training, mentorship, or a roadmap. I know what it’s like to work late, doubt yourself, and feel the pressure to have all the answers.
Fortunately, I had leaders who coached me with curiosity and compassion. But I also had managers who did the opposite, leaving me deflated and lost. That contrast reshaped everything I believed about leadership.
I made two commitments:
- No manager should ever feel as unsupported as I once did.
- I would be the person who helps leaders find their footing, build their confidence, and lead with ease.
Mindset Over Quick Fixes
Years ago, I lost 130 pounds. There was no gimmick, just discipline, small daily choices, and a total mindset shift.
The point isn’t in the weight I shed, but in the lesson I gained:
Real transformation starts from the inside out… by changing how you think, not just what you do.
That’s how I coach my clients. Together, we’ll shift your thinking, build new habits, and create leadership growth that lasts.
Leadership Is Tough Until You Find the Right Support
Like many of my clients, I once juggled it all:
Managing people, handling crises, answering emails at midnight, solving everyone’s problems and still feeling like I was falling short.
Some days, I walked into work with confidence.
Other days, I sat in my car, wondering how I’d get through the day.
I was slow-burning in silence, and no one teaches you how to lead when your plate is full and your team needs more from you than you can give.
Eventually, I realized:
Being a leader doesn’t mean you’re supposed to have all the answers. It’s about having the right support, mindset, and skills to lead with clarity – without losing yourself in the process.
So I invested in myself and learned how to:
Delegate with trust
Coach instead of fix
Influence up, down, and across
Lead with purpose instead of pressure

Feel more confident and self-aware

Build high-performance habits for yourself and your team

Strengthen your leadership and communication skills

Get an honest, outside perspective you can trust

Align your leadership with your values

Advance your career and finally get the recognition you deserve
That’s what my coaching delivers: real growth you can see and feel, in your work and your life.
My role isn’t to “fix” you.
I’m here to help you amplify what’s already strong, and release what’s holding you back.
For 20+ years, I’ve worked in Learning & Development and HR, holding senior roles across multiple industries. I speak three languages, have lived internationally, and was raised by immigrant parents who taught me the value of connection, resilience, and hard work. Those values shape every coaching session I lead.
I’m a:
Flow Certified Professional Coach (FCPC)
ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
Certified in Group & Team Coaching
Licensed to administer EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, MBTI - Myers-Briggs, and Global DISC
Off the Clock
I live in Canada with my spouse and our blue merle poodle, Dolce. You’ll usually find me walking, travelling, trying a new recipe, or savoring a small win – because growth deserves celebration!
